AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These Terms and Conditions of Service (the "Terms of Service") apply to the Coal Indonesia web site located at www.coalindonesia.com. The Site is property of Show Management of International Coal Mining Equipment Exhibition ("Coal Indonesia"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Coal Indonesia at it sole discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your serponsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

All Content including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, artwork and computer code on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by Coal Indonesia Project, and is protected by laws and intellectual property rights. Except stated in this Terms of Service, no part of the Site may be copied, reproduces, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Coal Indonesia Project express prior written consent.
You may use information on the Site provided that you (a)not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (b)use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (c) make no modifications to any such information, and (d) not make any additional representations or warratnties relating to such documents.
